Youth learn, grow and develop a faith that lasts by putting what they believe into ACTION. A vital way to engage their faith is through cooperative teamwork. As you build opportunities for youth to put their gifts into action with others, you'll see faith, community and investment deepen across your ministry. Doing this requires the proper tools. That's why we created this toolkit. Built on CE's faith-engagement acronym T.E.A.M. ('teaching, events, all-in, mission') this toolkit gives you the resources you need to help students work together for God's glory.
 
The T.E.A.M. Work Toolkit is loaded with 15 practical resources, reflection questions and student worksheets to use in every facet of engaging youth in teamwork. In addition two additional tools are provided to help equip your adult volunteers, and allow you to more intentionally implement meaningful service with youth.
